I keep get attacks of gout lately. I know about cherries and baking soda, I was just curios if anyone knows of any good other ones, that I can use.

i’ve had cronic gout about a year now & i’ve been to doctors & nobody knows how to lower uric acid realisticly without going on a rediculous diet (no beef no bread no turkey no cod no seafood no spinach no alcohol & many more) i think uric acid is a chemical & has to have an antidote ??? i hope . i can’t take the pain !!! i take cherry,blueberry,cellery seed, extracts + potassium, vit-c,& pain meds every morn. if you have the answer i think you will help alot of people.
you don’t get it. i know what to eat & what not to eat. ( it doesn’t work for me.) i’m looking for something to eliminate most of the uric acid from my blood or find a way to stop it from crystalizing in my joints

My dad’s constantly on-the-go non-stop, he hardly ever sits down for five minutes. The only thing he does when he’s finished working is going up the bar to drink and smoke and he is really sick and tired of it, he says he’s really badly depressed, plus, he’s got gout in his knee, (excruciating pain), and he’s taking special tablets and cherry drinks to try and get rid of it.. but nothings really working.
what can I do to cheer him up? please help..

i need help im in alot of pain with gout and am very allergic to fish oil is it true that cherries help flush out uric acid

what you could take to ease gout in the foot someone told me cherries so apart from pain killers is their anything else
