Anyone have or had the gout?

I had a recent bout with it…does it last forever and any good remedies that you know of?

It’s a buildup of uric acid crystals, it’s actually a form of arthritis.
You need to go to a doctor for treatment. There are medications to help this problem. If the area is still hurting you then keep off that foot and keep it raised until it feels better.
You need to change your eating habits and exercise more.
